Located in the heart of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, we serve organic, locally produced, regionally and seasonally appropriate cuisine, and rely largely on local ranchers for the grass-fed meat we serve. Jen Castle and Blake Spalding are the founding co-owners & Chefs de cuisine. The restaurant is operated following Buddhist principles, with a commitment to sustainability, environmental ethics, and social and community responsibility.

Parking on premise

There is limited parking on the grounds of the Boulder Mountain Lodge in the strip just SW of the restaurant. Please don't park in any spot that says "Room Only" unless you are staying at the Boulder Mountain Lodge. Overflow parking is along Highway 12.
