About
One Thousand Birds is a bicoastal sound studio that specializes in sound design and mixing for projects spanning advertising, film and experiential. OTB has built a tight-knit community around the appreciation of sound through culture and art. We view sound as a platform for everything and focus on being present and listening closely to what’s around us. Our team is made up of passionate sound designers, mixers, and producers who all care deeply about sound for picture. We cut everything from feature length films to short commercial spots with the same close attention to detail. Having offices on both coasts has opened up doors for our clients -- we can record with talent in LA and have a client listen to the session from New York, and vice versa. We aren’t afraid of a challenge or new technology.
