WSJ: Future of Everything Festival

For the Wall Street Journal's annual Future of Everything Festival, OTB created a voice visualizer designed to translate the amplitude and frequency of the participants' voice into a generative 3D artwork. Participants were prompted to make an event-related statement or answer a question, for example “What are your hopes for the future?” They then spoke their answer into a microphone, and their voice was mapped onto a sphere. The art was then drawn live by a drawing robot on a branded card for them to take home.
