The "Staff Superheroes" event, organized for Kinecta Federal Credit Union by an event management team, was a celebration of employee recognition and appreciation. With a mission to focus on the human side of banking, Kinecta, with close to 1,000 employees, aimed to honor its valued team members as superheroes for their community.
Held at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott Hotel, the event started with meticulous planning and setup, beginning before 6:30 am. The day included an all-hands meeting with live band performances, keynote speakers, and presentations, highlighting the company's commitment to recognizing and valuing its staff.
The event featured breaks with refreshments, snacks, and networking opportunities. A raffle added excitement, engaging the guests throughout the day. The Smith Band provided entertainment during lunch, where guests enjoyed a diverse menu and had the chance to relax, mingle, and play games.
The superhero theme was enhanced by the presence of a roaming Batman character, a photo booth with superhero-themed props, and various games, including MEGA Casino games. The atmosphere was filled with smiles, laughter, and a sense of revelry, reflecting the success of the event.
