All-Hands Meeting for AltaMed

This Los Angeles healthcare company pulled all their bright minds together under one roof for an all-hands employee conference. The theme was "The Power of Us" and they used this rare opportunity to both educate their employees and reward them! The day started at their local perspective offices. Employees arrived at work, as usual, only this was no ordinary day at the office. Shuttles arrived at each location to transport employees to The Shrine Auditorium and Expo in Downtown LA. Employees registered their arrival and were given matching T-shirts and a custom branded drawstring bag holding various items. The "Power of Us" was branded throughout the event in strategic ways. It was on every water bottle, projected on the waiting theater screen, printed on information packets, even on the photo prints from the photo booth. Further, it was used as inspiration to further change and growth, not just in the company itself, but in their communities. After the first presentation which included inspiring speeches and a documentary video, employees broke into smaller (pre-assigned) groups and were ushered into several breakout sessions set in different rooms and levels of The Shrine. All that education worked out an appetite, and two levels were prepared for the 2,000 employees to eat and enjoy a live band before heading to the best workday ever.
