THE ASK Develop a groundbreaking, one of a kind training program for Best Buy store staff that will change and enhance the perceptions of Samsung Neo QLED over competitive OLED, enabling Samsung to increase conversion at retail.  THE APPROACH We created the Samsung Immersive Learning Theater. An all-in-a-case training solution that transports the RSP to a focused learning environment with rich and engaging training content, in VR using Borderless. WHAT WE DELIVERED This is an ongoing program that grew from a highly successful 3-retailer / 6 trainer pilot in 2021, to currently to having successfully delivered over 20K trainings. We have 6 pieces of content currently being actively used to educate store staff on key product lines - Neo 4k, Neo 8k, Freestyle, The Frame and Soundbar. Each of these pieces of content was built for modularity, and in June 23 updates were rolled out to alter the messaging and learning points. Since launch, additional engagement mechanics have also been introduced, including interactivity and gamification within the content - further increasing engagement and information retention.
