Fuel the Flame was the theme of the 2019 Sephora Store Leadership Conference in Las Vegas. This conference brought ~1200 store leaders from around North America to inform, inspire and educate employees in preparation for the holiday season.
The three-day conference included:
• Live keynotes daily with Sephora executives + celebrity guest speakers including, Rihanna
• Live simultaneous broadcast to virtual audience including online moderators
• (8)Educational breakout sessions simultaneously
• Brand fair featuring 90+ brand sponsor activations
• VIP brand sponsor evening reception
• Awards ceremony gala + afterparty
• Employee talent show
• Closing costume/pool party
• Various executive meetings daily
For this conference, our founder Kelly was the acting Executive Producer and managed all details, along with a plethora of management teams – ideation to execution and everything in between.
Some of these areas of responsibility included:
• Source, negotiate and contract venue(s), suppliers and partners + budget management
• Program strategy, messaging, agenda and show flows
• Spearheaded all event themes, logos branding + content for program
• Art direction on space flow + production design (keynotes, breakouts, brand fair, events, general spaces)
• Design of attendee communications / touchpoints in digital and print formats (web, app, comms, onsite)
• Immersive experiential activations + surprise & delight opportunities
• Brand sponsor management (pre, onsite and post event)
