At the 2018 store leadership conference it was a pivotal time for the organization. It was not only the 20th anniversary of being located in the Americas and a time to celebrate their roots, but it was also a critical call to action for their store leaders to remain inspired and driven to remain the leader in prestige beauty with its competitors gaining traction and market share. Be The Difference helped anchor the message loud and clear; they are a company that believes it's people are the differentiator in this retail landscape and it was time to accelerate the passion of their values, remain focused on who they are culturally and make every moment count when they interact with their clients.
From concept, creative, communication, design and production -- the message was weaved into the four-day conference to include daily keynotes, educational breakout sessions, a brand fair showcasing 90+ brand partner activations, three evening events including a kick-off 20th celebration party at "Paris" where the company was founded, an inspiring awards ceremony with a "supper-club" gala, and lastly an employee talent show topped off with a "play" night at the pool to close It out.
