Lead producer responsible for all client communication & management, external vendor management, venue management, and internal communications.
Our mission was to make the Hasbro Pulse Con 2.0 experience feel like a next-level show, even greater than the 1.0 event. So we created an elevated 2-day digital experience on YouTube that not only tells the brand’s story but allows fans to engage and interact.
To create an effective link between all the brands and fans, we transported our audience into a virtual environment where all Hasbro universes merged together. Two celebrity hosts acted as the show anchors to the experience by seamlessly connecting each of the unique segments.
We showcased 11 brands over two days, with a mix of pre-recorded content and live in-studio segments. In the studio, we built two custom sets, including a 35-foot LED wall with a 5-degree curve and six cameras: five manned and one robotic.
One of the standout innovations that made this experience possible is our use of distributed broadcasting teams. This allowed for remote access to all camera feeds and programs during rehearsals for remote review. We also tapped into the breadth of our global team by executing real time operation, communication and feedback spanning five countries: the Netherlands, the United States, Brazil, Argentina and England.
