This is 30! And what better way to celebrate your 30th birthday than with crisp cocktails, savory apps, and your twin by your side?
We had a blast putting this menu together, complete with fresh coconut water (cracking those babies open at HQ was definitely a good time) and 4th of July sparklers!
Food:
ROASTED LAMB CHOP
topped with tomato & fennel ragu, crispy shoestring potatoes tossed in gremolata, and
chive oil
WHITE BEAN CROSTADA
white bean & black truffle ragu, braised swiss chard, shaved manchego, breakfast
radish, and fennel frond on malted brown crostini
ARTICHOKE ARANCINI
fried risotto stuffed with artichoke, preserved lemon, mascarpone, & herbs, served on
chile lime aioli with arugula and parmesan
MINI LOBSTER ROLL
wild caught lobster, preserved lemon, brown butter aioli, crispy capers, fennel slaw,
local brioche
ANTIPASTO
artisan cheese and charcuterie served with an assortment of fresh baked local bread,
grilled flatbread, honeycomb, house made jams, house pickled vegetables, marinated
artichokes, fresh crudités, house hummus, house babagnoush, house marinated olives
