Cartoon Network's Beach Picnic

Cartoon Network's beach party took place Will Rogers State Beach in Pacific Palisades, CA. A location that provided as much as 820 square feet of space with a scenic view of mountain ranges and the wide-open ocean. Every event item used had to be either in tune with the color preference of Cartoon Network or branded with the company's logo. Each table was adorned with a cardboard cutout of popular Cartoon Network cartoon characters. While Cartoon Network wanted us to organize a safe and fun-filled beach party, they also wanted the event to be more than just fun. Team building was the unofficial theme of the party. We were mandated to put together a number of games that would encourage team building amongst their employees while still offering loads of fun. Games such as mini-golf, inflatable obstacle course, corporate trivia, and tug-of-war were provided. Guests were treated to an assortment of meals and drinks. From vegan style salads to grilled hotdogs, baked cookies and ice cream; there was certainly something fresh for guests to chow on. Drinks included soda, smoothies and a variety of alcoholic beverages. At the end of this memorable Sunday beach party, virtually everyone went home smiling with one Cartoon Network branded souvenir or another.
