For NARS Cosmetics 25th anniversary, Dera Lee Productions designed and produced an event inspired by NARS sexy marketing campaign for the relaunch of their lipstick collection. Guests were greeted in the lobby of the New Museum and escorted to The Sky Room, the top floor with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of downtown Manhattan. Upon arrival to the Sky Room, cocktails in shades of the lipstick collection were served along with passed hors d'oeuvres using pops of pink and red similar to the hero shades. The room centerpiece was a 10' clear lucite display showcasing all 72 lipstick shades designed to look like the lipsticks were floating in the sky as you entered. NARS stylists were present at chic black and white make up stations to select the perfect lipstick shade for guests and apply flawlessly. Once their lipstick was applied, guests were introduced to the NARS Lip Lift, a custom life size elevator with a bartender serving a fun Q&A experience along with NARS specialty cocktails. Guests were asked to choose their cocktail by pushing one of the 4 elevator floor buttons based off of 4 lipstick shades. When pushed, the elevator lights immediately changed to the shade chosen and the bartender whipped up the best cocktail ever tasted.
