Raise more money by raising spirits and creating an environment of warmth and hospitality.
Meet all timing challenges with a carefully detailed and flexible plan. Serve dinner to 1,800 guests in 16 minutes or less.
Serve a dish utilizing short ribs that does not look like a traditional short rib presentation.
The solution:
Collaborate with the Evantine team on table design, tent layouts, run of show and menu.
Assemble an ‘A’ team of chefs, captains and servers who understand the mission and the role of true hospitality under pressure.
Using three large cook tents, over 80 chefs and two hundred servers, NK and the Evantine team
Re-imagine the traditional gala format while providing guests with an extraordinary experience.
