Exploring new conference venues in NYC for 800 attendees if anyone knows of a hidden gem.
Glasshouse, Spring Studios, Pier 60 will exceed our budget with their prelim pricing over 300k. (they all mandate a load-in day for conferences)
I'm looking for venues in NY and LA that have space for a half or full day conference for 200-250 people with room for breakouts and production space. We know the usual suspects (Convene, Glasshouse, major hotel chains, etc.) but wondering if there is anything else we may not know of. Bonus if LA venues have outdoor space. Thanks!

I'm looking for a great #NYC (Manhattan) venue for a business conference. The space needs to have: (1) a general session room with stage that can comfortably hold between 200-250 people in classroom- or half-round table format; (2) at least two additional breakout rooms that can hold at least 50 people each in classroom or half-round format, and (3) vendor / sponsor space where they can set up tables and network. The event will be held in late September or early to mid October 2024 for 2 consecutive days (not including a Monday). Might you have an easy way to find options?
Looking for a NYC venue in Meatpacking or Chelsea to accommodate 150 theater style with a separate lunch and reception space. Natural light is a must. Female owners/affiliation a plus.
Hi all — does anyone have reccos of party venues that fit ~900 people? Few notes:
• Targeting Manhattan
• Huge pro if they have in-house catering
• Looking for something more laid back (bar, restaurant) vs a Cipriani/Tao/Capitale. We were at Pier60 this year, which was great, but we like to switch it up 🙂
Appreciate any suggestions, thank you in advance!
Hi NYC event peeps, I’m looking for reco’s for a venue to host a one-day conference that can fit 1,000-2,000 attendees for a keynote, and 4 breakout sessions. Ideally in Manhattan. hey y’all - looking for a small space for a pop up activation in two weeks (yikes last minute!) around the murray hill/midtown area. Can just be blank space, but needs to be ground floor access. Anyone know a place? or if there’s any sites like Peerspace or Storefront that I might not be aware of?
Hi! Does anyone know of any impressive private dining rooms for just 20 ppl in NYC? Its a bit smaller than I'm used to planning for and everything I'm thinking of is way too big. Thinking somewhere with great views (Columbus Circle, Hudson Yards) with an equally impressive dining room and F&B. Open to Brooklyn too.
