Could you subsidize to ease the pain?

@EventPlanner963 we are for a few key attendees. Don't have the budget to do for all.

I’m sure you’ve thought of accommodations slightly outside the city and providing a shuttle service to offer attendees more affordable options while maintaining accessibility to the events.

If you’re interested, please let me know about the specific dates your attendees are needing accommodations and where the meetings are being held to see if I can help provide some creative options. If anything, I can at least provide more VIP status at the hotels - upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credit etc.

I think the Hilton Garden inn in LIC right by Queensboro plaza is a gem if guests can hop on the 7/N/W depending where your events are taking place. You can shuttle them too, but maybe have chaperones take them on the subway for faster trips too.

Arlo Williamsburg & Wythe Hotel tend to be around $300-500/night and are quite lovely. Also +1 for LIC reccs! Also easy to do shuttles from there
