LA question — does anyone know of any conference centers in LA that are good for events (with breakout space) — kind of like Convene in New York? I am not familiar w/ any, but I thought those of you who are LA based might have some ideas. Looking for some other venue ideas (beyond hotels) for a program that requires breakout space, in addition to general session + meals. Neuehouse’s breakout space is a little too small. Want to make sure I haven’t left any stones unturned.

Hey guys! I’m looking for smaller venues in LA for a corporate networking event. It’s an afternoon event with presentations followed by a cocktail hour. I think the capacity should be for 50-100 ppl. The client tends to like trendy, colorful and out of the ordinary venues rather than hotel conference rooms. In-House AV setup is a plus. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance! 😊

Looking for a DMC/event production company recommendation to help me with the following (*highly ambitious) project: Company kick off event (2-3 day offsite, local + intl travel from Chile) for 1200 people in Jan 2024. Our CFO wants to see 3 budget scenarios for an event in Vegas, SF and 1 other location (Florida or Arizona) by EOW. Recognizing it's not realistic to pull detailed quotes & availability by then, but would love to provide a ballpark p/person estimate at least. Thank you!

Hey All! Im running point on a 200 person conference this fall, but having trouble finding an event registration platform that meets the following needs:
1. Paid registration options
2. Ability to have approval process to vet registrants before they pay
3. aesthetically pleasing and easy to use for registrants
I set up a glue up account but have not been having the best experience, and im trying out RSVPify, but if 1)anyone has any recommendations or 2) has tried any of these platforms please let me know 🙂
