The Roosevelt Redwood Room (Room Q-80) has vinyl flooring, black-out shades, a built in projection screen, and a kitchen attached with an oven, microwave, sink (no garbage disposal), refrigerator and freezer, and counter space.  It is suitable for small social gatherings, wedding receptions, meetings, activities, etc. Public rest rooms are located at the west end of the building. Included in room rental are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to set up and take down the provided equipment and furnishings.

The Orchard City Banquet Hall, with its simple elegant interior design, is perfect for wedding receptions, quinceañeras, anniversary parties, or company conferences. The newly remodeled banquet hall has a lobby area with terrazzo floor, a built in stage, built in projection screen, premium audio and visual equipment (additional cost), ADA accessible restrooms, a wet bar area, and a full service kitchen equipped with a gas cook top, convection ovens, ice machine and walk-in refrigerator. Tables and chairs are included with hall rental.

The Multipurpose Room (Room M-50) has a linoleum tile floor and is air-conditioned. It has mirrors on two walls, black-out shades, and a kitchen facility equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and counter space. Rest-rooms are located within the room. Meetings and exercise / activity programs are ideal for this room. Included in rental rates are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to provide set-up and take-down of provided equipment and furnishings.

The Mary Campbell Room (Room Q-84) is air-conditioned, provides vinyl flooring, and offers tiered seating ideal for conferences, training, and speaker meetings. Black-out shades and an electrically operated movie screen make this room ideal for slide shows or films. Public restrooms are located within 25 feet. Included in room rental are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to provide set-up and take-down of the provided equipment and furnishings.

The Main Gymnasium offers spectator seating for 200 in bleachers, six basketball standards, two volleyball courts, a hardwood floor, basketball score clock (additional charge), a lobby with rest rooms, and a ticket booth. No food, beverage, smoking, or hard-soled shoes allowed.

The Board Room (Room E-42) is newly updated with vinyl flooring, black-out shades, and counter space with a sink. This is suited for meetings or classroom use. Included in the Board Room rental rates are tables, chairs, and supervisory / custodial staff to set-up and take-down the provided equipment and furnishings.

The Auxiliary Gym has a maximum capacity of 100. It offers six basketball standards, one full size volleyball court, a hardwood floor, and score clock (additional fee). No spectator seating is available. One restroom is immediately adjacent. No food, beverages, smoking, or hard-soled shoes are allowed.
