Two venue help request!

• Does anyone know of a venue in Martha's Vineyard that allows for either full buyout or private space for 100 in August?

• Also looking for a similar venue in Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area in April

Hi guys! My team has an event coming up in February in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are looking to host a fireside chat with about 50-75 ppl with drinks and passed apps prior to the talk. Can you recommend any venues in the area that could accommodate?
