Producing an incentive next year at the Rosewood Mayakoba. I’m looking for a more bespoke DMC. They sent me over their preferred list, but wondering if any of you have a favorite. On their list is Tropical Incentives (worked with them in Cabo - but ended up finding things on my own), Amstar, Maritur and 4World Expeditions.

We will have about 50 people. TY!!

Looking for an estate in mexico/ latin america with at least 15-20 rooms, for a retreat experience. The one constraint is we don't want external guests at the property, so it has to be a full hotel buyout or a full estate etc. Does anyone have any recs or know the best platforms to look on 👀 ? Thank you!!
