Producing an incentive next year at the Rosewood Mayakoba. I’m looking for a more bespoke DMC. They sent me over their preferred list, but wondering if any of you have a favorite. On their list is Tropical Incentives (worked with them in Cabo - but ended up finding things on my own), Amstar, Maritur and 4World Expeditions.

Looking for an estate in mexico/ latin america with at least 15-20 rooms, for a retreat experience. The one constraint is we don't want external guests at the property, so it has to be a full hotel buyout or a full estate etc. Does anyone have any recs or know the best platforms to look on 👀 ? Hey! I’ll try one more time 😊 Has anyone worked in Mexico City? I’m having trouble locating a venue for a client event for approx 50 ppl. It’s an afternoon event with 2-3 hours of presentations followed by a 2-3 happy hour / cocktails.
