Hi All looking for recommendations to host a retreat for our senior scientists (30 total) in Massachusetts, not on Cape Cod, in October. I am having trouble finding a location that offers amenities (guest rooms, AV) that does not double as a massive resort. Any recs?

Does anyone have restaurant and/or experience recommendations for a corporate offsite in Palm Beach for up to 40 guests? Looking at The Colony Hotel, Cafe Boulud, Breakers and the group is staying at Four Seasons. They’ve done Croquet Club in the past which was a hit
