Hi all! We have two events in New York, Nov 29 and Dec 6, and the hotel rates started high and have reached crazy high levels. Attendees pay their own hotel and we don't do blocks for these smaller meetings. I expected the rates to be higher due to proximity to holidays but even the most basic hotels are at $1000/night. Any creative ideas for how to help our attendees find something reasonable? Hidden gems with miracle prices? Stay outside the city and offer a shuttle? I am open to anything!
Has anyone done an event at the Wymara Resort and Villas in the Turks and Caicos? Trying to get a feel for the property…this is for an incentive. I don’t think it’s as much a known brand as Four Seasons and Rosewood.
