The Boarding House

Each apartment and room with Kilim rugs, luxury WRIGHT mattresses, and linen bed sheets. Kitchenettes feature two burner induction stovetops, a complete set of cooking pans, and service ware – everything you need for cooking simple meals. Each apartment features private bathroom(s). The Upper House is the property's focal point and home to our communal reception room and basement parlor kitchen. Home to six of our eight apartments as well as a spacious reception room with a library, a covered porch for summer afternoons, and an expansive parlor kitchen with seating for up to thirty people. The Lower House is the most historic of the two buildings and is home to two separate apartments, each on its own floor with a private entrance. Characterized by original wood floors, soaring ceilings, antique wavy glass windows, and historic nooks with tubs and shower rooms tucked into them.
