Ashes & Diamonds

Ashes & Diamonds works with three vanguards of California winemaking: Steve Matthiasson, Diana Snowden Seysses and Michael Cruse. Our winemakers pursue elegant, fresh styles that belong on the table alongside a meal amongst friends and family. The Ashes & Diamonds culinary team, headed up by Ethan Speizer and Madison Gabor, creates inventive, seasonal meals focused on the bounty California produce has to offer. Our food program has received accolades in Eater, Esquire and Forbes and focuses on partnering with local vendors to support the surrounding community.

While Ashes & Diamonds has onsite A/V equipment suitable for smaller gatherings of 10-30 attendees (projector, screen, microphones, speakers), we allow for outside A/V vendors as provided by the client for larger gatherings.

Flexible parking for buses and approximately 45 individual parking spaces for vehicles.

Use of our onsite furniture which includes, but is not limited to: a variety of Eero Saarinen lounge furniture, 5 indoor dining tables, 36 indoor dining chairs, 13 outdoor dining tables, 10 café tables and 80 patio dining chairs. Furniture in our tasting room may not be moved, but all other furniture on site can be relocated to allow for outside rentals, as needed.

Events are available Sunday through Friday onsite. Saturday availability is highly limited.

Permitted lights, music and sound as follows: June - August Sunday - Thursday: 8am-8:30pm Friday & Saturday: 8am-10pm September - May Sunday - Thursday: 8am-8pm Friday & Saturday: 8am-10pm

A non refundable 50% deposit is required to hold the desired Event Date. Rescheduling requests must be made outside of 14 days prior to the Event Date and may be subject to a 10% rescheduling fee. Events rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee. Events cancelled within 30 days will be subject to full amount due of guaranteed site fee, food and wine charges for the original contracted amount.

Outside vendors are allowed load-in 2-3 hours before the event start time.

Daily cleaning and janitorial services with weekly and/or biweekly trash and recycling services.
