Overview

Intimate, classic and inviting, the Directors Room is a flexible, modern space ideal for meetings, retreats, celebrations and presentations. Its large outdoor patio offers mountain and city views, while state-of-the-art technology inside brings music and visuals vividly to life. Indoors only: seats up to 40 at a board table, up to 80 with eight 5′ round tables. Including patio: up to 120 for a winter/spring reception or up to 150 for a summer/early fall reception. The Directors Room is located inside the Helen Bonfils Theatre Complex, across from Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Look for the marquee by the box office to enter and make your way past the Wolf Theatre to the room’s entrance.
