Conservatory

Explore the biodiversity of tropical plants while hiking through the Conservatory’s rainforest galleries. Guests will participate in a scavenger hunt and then meet back in the private GreenSchool to share their findings. Kids create their own personal rainstick and pot up a tropical plant to take home. During the Holiday Train Show® (November–January), your guests can skip the lines and be taken on a walkthrough of the annual winter tradition. With a garden instructor leading the way, kids can gaze upon the locomotives zooming along tracks and across bridges. Next, the group zigzaggs through the wild rain forest where to explore the biodiversity of plants as they hike through the layers of the tropics. Fun and educational seasonal festivities takes place in the private Conservatory GreenSchool. Available weekends during winter.
