Featuring beautiful exposed brick and original woodwork, the Greenpoint Loft is 6,000 total sq ft: including a mezzanine overlooking the main floor and an intimate roof-deck with skyline views. Formerly a 19th-century rope factory, this Brooklyn venue was restored to highlight its original wood flooring, high beam ceilings, and open skylight windows.
