We will work with our colleagues at Choose Chicago, the attached Hyatt Regency McCormick Place with 1,258 rooms, the Marriott Marquis Chicago with 1,205 rooms hotels plus our 4,188 seat Arie Crown Theater and 10,000 seat Wintrust Arena, to determine the appropriate contact on our expert team for a seamless event from start to finish. Within four buildings we have a combined total of 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space, 1.2 million square feet all on one level, making it the nation’s largest, and most flexible use convention center. We have 173 meeting rooms offering 600,000 square feet of space and 4 ballrooms ranging from 21,000 to 100,000 square feet.
Our Catering Department, operated by SAVOR...Chicago, has exclusive food and beverage distribution, production and service rights within the McCormick Place complex. Food, beverage (alcoholic and non- alcoholic), and food dispensing equipment must be supplied by SAVOR…Chicago.
