The main storefront is 8,432 sq ft with over 17 sq ft ceilings in the double height portion. A recessed mezzanine, measuring 2,958 sq ft (8 ft ceiling), is exposed and ideal as a separate activation, greenroom or DJ balcony. The functional basement is accessible by a double width staircase that conveniently leads to two ADA compliant restrooms, along with 8,153 sq ft of usable space (10 ft ceiling). An additional sub-basement offers clients another 4,318 sq ft primarily for extra storage. Last, a dedicated passenger/freight elevator runs between all floors, including the mezzanine, allowing for customizable guest flows in conjunction with the secondary entrance at 166 Crosby.
