Designed to be invisible and hidden behind a two-tonne door built to match the brick foundation, the hidden wine cellar at ‘21’ was the best-kept secret in New York during the Prohibition Era. Meticulously restored and available to hire for up to 22 diners, it’s easy to see why it’s considered one of the world’s most coveted dining rooms. Guests can choose from a 3-course lunch or a seven-course tasting menu expertly paired with the finest wines, all finished off with a guided tour of the wine cellar.
