Craft Beer Garden + Dog Run Open Air Space Prices reflect minimum full venue rental cost charged to client for 4-5 hour time frame and are subject to increase, at Quartyard’s discretion, based on the needs of the client, including but not limited to live music, audio/visual, additional rentals & security, etc. Prices include use of our 6 restrooms, all on-site furniture, event porters, and standard security. Prices do not include a food and beverage package. Quartyard understands that flexibility is key and is willing to negotiate, based on the budget of the client. Smaller parties will also have reduced rental fees.
