The Tower Building & Rotunda was built in 1936 for the Texas Centennial Exposition as the U.S. Pavilion. The exhibition hall was demolished in 1999 and rebuilt in 2000 with enhancements to the structure that makes the hall more flexible for events. The exterior of the 40,000 sq. ft. event facility includes the U.S. Federal currency seals, and 179' gold-lead trimmed tower and a majestic perched eagle on top. Guests will enjoy convenient parking on First Ave, and access from Gate 4 or 5.
