Gardener’s Cottage

The Cottage is an idyllic spot for a lively cocktail party, sparkling dinner, or small bridal or baby shower. The Gardener’s Cottage was built in 1909 for the Martin’s gardener and his family, who enjoyed living in this modest yet Wright-designed residence. It’s a truly inspiring location for a birthday celebration, business meeting, brainstorming session, or executive retreat. The Cottage is available to rent seven days a week for evening events. Set up cannot begin prior to 3:30 pm on most days. There is very limited availability for daytime events in coordination with our tour schedule.
