La Cueva , The Cave, is the heart of Panza Verde. Designed after the Palacio de Capitanes, the former Antigua police station, the vaulted ceiling is from another era. Nestled between the pool, the Lounge and the Zen Courtyard, La Cueva provides a romantic setting for dining in front of the music stage. Hosting a baby grand piano and an impressive set of congas, local and international musicians frequently preform Jazz, Cuban, Classical, Latin and Folk/Rock.
