The Terrace

The Terrace is a charming and rare Manhattan outdoor space that can be used year-round. Initially an enclosed garden, the Clark Family transformed the Terrace into what you see today when Stephen Clark discovered the beautiful arcade. The limestone and marble columns feature capitals from the Hautes-Pyrénées region of France showcasing scenes typical of the Renaissance era. The ironwork is original to the home and was designed by master iron sculptor Samuel Yellin.
