Heritage Square, tucked beneath the Phoenix skyline and suspended in time, is an impressive setting for any occasion. It boasts historical architecture and a lush green landscape, as well as a variety of unique spaces for personal, group, community, nonprofit, and corporate gatherings of all kinds. Larger events and festivals will fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events and festivals will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours.

While we offer a selection of "preferred vendors," we do not have any required vendors. Clients have the flexibility to go with vendors of their choice. Foundation event staff can answer any questions about vendor restrictions in the park.

The venue has power supply of its own. Clients are welcome to bring in A/V vendors and equipment of their own. However, an Amplified Sound Permit will be required for any sort of amplified sound, music, etc. over speakers.

Cleaning and Trash Removal

Staff will monitor the green City trash cans in the venue throughout the event. These receptacles are for guest trash during the event only and should not be used by vendors or for clean-up. Make sure that your caterers, bartenders, etc. bring their own trash for the event, and clients should bring trash bags for clean-up at the end of the evening. There is a dumpster on-site that trash can be disposed in. Any trash dumped on the floor around the dumpster will result in the deposit being docked.
