The studio is located in the McKay Music Library and is a faithful reproduction of the space found in Maurice Abravanel's home. It houses his extensive collection of conducting scores, books, personal memorabilia, and photographs, as well as his cherished Steinway piano. Carolyn Abravanel, Maurice Abravanel's widow, describes the studio as a place that offers a unique glimpse into his life and legacy.
