Overview
We offer private and semi-private accommodations in the Saloon Dining area. At the far end of the Oyster bar, under a sign in the distinctive typeface designed by Hans Küng and through a pair of swinging half doors, is the Saloon. It’s more clubby than the other parts of the restaurant. It’s quiet, since it doesn’t have a tiled ceiling, so it’s very conducive to business.
