6th Floor Rooftop

The upper floors contains a wide variety of studios with a size suitable for every type of company, artists, maker, or charity. Our 6th floor rooftop will be transformed into a giant food hall and rooftop bar with a unique view over the Wetlands and London. We soon will be launching a versatile, industrial ground-floor event space, with a capacity of 1,600 people. The ground floor space will operate as a bar and café during the day. To complement this, we will also be launching an upgraded outdoor space, which will feature street food vendors and a brand-new courtyard.
