Overview
The Atrium is the lobby located next to the Black Box and Great Room on the third floor of the Lake & College building at 60 Lake Street. The space is right off the Battery Park Extension, and it has a gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows on the park and lake sides, and a beautiful balcony overlooking Lake Champlain. Please note that the Atrium can only be rented as an add-on to the Black Box and/or Great Room. Projectors, speakers, and podiums are available to rent for an additional charge.
