Slightly hidden behind our main bar, you'll find our beautifully decorated back room: Von Trier's Bitburger Bier Stube. Featuring ornate German décor, authentic stained glass from Trier Germany, hand-painted murals, carefully-crafted wood carvings, antique Beer Steins, and more! With comfortable seating for up to 50 for a sit-down event or up to 75 persons for a cocktail style event, our private Bitburger Bier Stube offers the best amenities and all that Von Trier has to offer. Drink options can be a la carte or can be catered to your liking; almost any requests can be accommodated with enough notice! Our robust catering menu provides high-quality and an ample variety of German and American fare to feed large groups buffet style with classic options including sandwiches, brats, salads, meat and cheese platters, veggie trays, fruit trays, wraps, sausage medley's, and more! Our private back room has its own set of private restrooms for your guests as well as your choice in music independent of the rest of Von Trier, and HDTV access for any videos or slide shows you may care to show.
