Located on the second floor, the Van Ness Room has semi-private access to the roof. It has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the terrace with views of Lake Champlain. For meetings, the Van Ness Room can seat forty in a theater setting, eighteen in classroom and twenty-six in a hollow square. In a social setting the Van Ness Room can accommodate up to thirty-two people for dinner and fifty people in reception setting.
