Located in the suggestive room with vaulted ceilings dating back to the 18th century, it was originally the Masseria's oil mill in operation until the early 1900s. The restaurant offers specialties of typical Apulian cuisine with research into ancient traditional recipes and with an emphasis on seasonally available ingredients accompanied by a rich selection of local and international wines. Vegetables, oil and most of the fruit come from the 150 hectares of the farm surrounding the structure and the fresh fish and seafood come from the nearby Adriatic Sea.
