On the famous Promenade du Clair de Lune by the sea, Chef Jacques de Ribaucourt has decided to anchor at La Gonelle where he prepares fish and seafood with flavors that take you around the world: pan-fried shrimp with ginger, Margate à la Plancha and chorizo, sea bass accompanied by a bourbon vanilla fumet and directly fished in the magnificent 7.50 m long fish tank. You can also taste the legendary Abalone with garlic in shirts which rival the Breton Lobster delivered directly to the Cale du Bec de la Vallée at the foot of the Teak Terrace.
