Wine Cellar

Scalo wine-cellar is a cute little room with floor to ceiling racks of holding our extensive wine collection at exactly 64 degrees. The room can be used for a very special private party of four to six guest wanting to celebrate a very special dinner. Although clad in stone and see-through glass, the wine bottles will provide guest with a memorable experience. You will get a chance to meet with our executive chef to plan a delectable multi-course tasing menu along with wine pairings in advance of your planned party. The menu will be cooked and served by chef himself turning it into, possibly, memory of a lifetime.
