Protective Stadium is a versatile multi-purpose stadium with a seating capacity of 52,000. It serves as the official home of the UAB Blazers football program and the USL's Birmingham Legion soccer team. Additionally, it hosted the entire inaugural season of the USFL and continues to be the home field for the Birmingham Stallions. The stadium also offers ancillary spaces such as the Stadium Club and Recruiting Room, which cover a total area of 18,000 sq ft. These spaces are utilized for various corporate, social, and VIP events.
