The Roman vault and the fermenting cellar form the heart of the brewery cellar at FRÜH am Dom. Since the Brauhauskeller is open an hour longer than the other areas in the Brauhaus, people meet here at the cellar bar for a nightcap. In the open kitchen, you can watch the kitchen team tossing the fried potatoes. The pronounced vaults and stone walls create a special atmosphere.
