Our historic Ballroom dates back to the 1700′s. The room used to be part of the local tavern and legend has it that George Washington danced the minuet across our floors. The hand painted wallpaper was imagined solely for this room and depicts an idyllic woodland scene of birds and botanicals, guiding the eye skyward to the trellised ceiling. A wall of French doors opens up to a stately terrace overlooking the Field of Dreams and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
