Nestled cosily between the Voysey Room and the Dickens Library, the Virginia Woolf room connects two of Mary Ward House’s grandest and most unique spaces. As such, the Virginia Woolf room acts as a natural extension of either space, and can be hired to add a separate area for your booking. Two wide doors open on each side of the Virginia Woolf Room, one leading to the Voysey and the other to the Dickens Library. With one door acting as an entrance and the other as an exit, guests are able to move through easily to pick up refreshments; indeed, the Virginia Woolf room is popularly utilized for catering. From conference tea and coffee to exhibition wine and canapes, it’s a space perfectly suited to the purpose.
