Overview
Inspired by villages in Normandy, the Queen’s Hamlet was build by Richard Mique for Marie-Antoinette. It is composed of a lake surrounded by several thatched buildings including houses, a dairy and a boudoir. The buildings sit in a verdant setting surrounded by kitchen gardens and a vineyard.
